SK AUTOMATIC DAL MILL PLANTS FOR ARHAR (TUR) DAL
SK incorporates a unique and latest technology for Conditioning of Pulses like Tur (Arhar) which in the first phase loosens the binding of the Husk with the cotyledon, thereby enabling the removal of husk with almost no friction or powdering which increases the yield of the Dal by reducing the processing losses and in the second phase, it makes ineffective the binding of the two Dals with each other, thereby enabling the splitting without causing brokens. This further reduces processing losses and increases yield and improves Quality of the Dal. (Splits). SK Automatic Dal Mill Plant comprises of :
(a) Pre-cleaning Section
(b) Cleaning & Size Grading Section.
(c) Pulse Conditioning Section
(d) Dehusking & Sieving Section.
(e) Gota Conditioning Section
(f) Splitting & Aspiration Section
The Plants are available in capacities ranging from 25 to 200 tonnes per day.
